How it works

Step 1 - Choose your dates

Use the date finder to see if your selected products are available for the time period you need them. For weekend events and weddings - it is not unusual that our customer would want to have less stress, so please reach out as we can offer extended rentals at a one-day rental rate. 

Step 2 - Select your equipment

Use the search function to find and select specific products needed for your function. Our bundled packages are a great way to save time and effort. If you're still lost in the options, you can always reach out during our normal hours of operation or text 970-744-5125 anytime

Step 3 - Complete payment to confirm your reservation

After completing step one and two - do not forget to head to your shopping cart and complete your payment. This final step completes your reservation agreement and confirms your products will be available on the dates you selected.

If your rental includes an additional service such as production, setup, or delivery, then your project coordinator will be in touch with you shortly to arrange day of event specifics. If you have chosen a DIY rental option then continue to Step 4.

Step 4 - Pick-up your rental reservation

Arrive on the date and time you have agreed upon at:

The pickup location is on level ground. It is located behind the home at 330 W 9th Street in the alley between 8th and 9th street

Step 5 - Return your rental on the specified date and time

Treat your rental as if you own all the equipment involved, because until it is back in our possession, tested and checked back in; it is yours! Please return all components of your rented gear and accessories to Rocky Mountain Audio on your specified date and time. If you are unable to complete this task, proper proactive communication is necessary to avoid additional rental fees.
